Vionelie Return & Exchange Policy

At Vionelie™, each piece is thoughtfully curated and quality-checked to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since jewellery is a delicate and hygienic product, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, with limited exceptions.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept a return or exchange in the following rare situations:

  1. You received a damaged product

  2. You received an incorrect item

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal style or size preference

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper handling or storage

  • Exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals

  • Minor/negligible variations or issues

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request a return or exchange for a damaged or incorrect product, a clear unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:

  • Be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts or pauses

  • Begin before opening the package

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Capture the complete unboxing process

  • Clearly display the issue

Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at contact@vionelie.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A brief description of the issue

  • The mandatory unboxing video

Once verified, we will initiate an exchange or refund process depending on the case.

Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged if your pincode is serviceable.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to courier the item to us.

  • Return shipping charges may be reimbursed only in valid cases involving damaged or incorrect products.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, cards, pouches, and complimentary items (if any)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to:

  • the original payment method, or

  • store credit, wherever applicable.

Important Note

Vionelie™ is not responsible for damage caused due to mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to water, sweat, perfume, alcohol, or harsh chemicals.

For better longevity of your jewellery, please follow the Jewellery Care Instructions included with your order.
