Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During high-demand periods, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may slightly vary. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, orders usually reach metro cities within 3–6 business days and other locations within 5–9 business days, depending on the delivery pincode and courier network.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or courier-related issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking link may be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment status.

Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, including complete address, contact number, and pincode while placing the order.

Vionelie™ will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video recorded without cuts or pauses.

GST and Billing

Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged as per prevailing government regulations and will be reflected in the invoice wherever applicable.
